Aubagne Football Club is a French football club located in Aubagne, Bouches-du-Rhône. The club currently play in Championnat National 2, but from 2024–25 they play in Championnat National after secure promotion in 2023–24.

History

Aubagne was created in 1989 as the merger of three French clubs, L'entente Aubagnaise, SO Charrel, and Jeunesse Sportive Aubagnaise.

On 27 April 2024, Aubagne secure promotion to Championnat National for the first time in history from next season after defeat Hyères FC with narrowly 1-0 and champions of Championnat National 2 in 2023–24.

Aubagne is a French rugby union team based in Aubagne, Bouches-du-Rhône, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur which currently plays in Fédérale 3, the fourth division of French rugby union. The club was formed in 1921 in Aubagne, and became known as AS Aubagne. They went on to win the Fédérale 3 title in 1967 and 1978, earning them the nickname "Les Diables Noirs d'Aubagne" after the black jerseys they used to wear.

Aubagne has also been a regular presence in the Coupe de France, having won the competition on three separate occassions in 1963, 1975 and 1982. In the more recent history of the club, they moved to playing in the blue and white jerseys they are known for now and reached the semi-final of the Fédérale 1, the top-tier division of French rugby union, during the 2012-13 season, but were knocked out by US Carcassonnaise.

Under the presidency of Thierry Murie, the club continues to grow and currently has over 500 members. The club motto is "Fierté, Courage, Honneur et Amitié" (Pride, Courage, Honour and Friendship), and they play their home matches at Stade de Lattre de-Tassigny in Aubagne.
