FC 비야 누에바(스페인어: FC Villa Nueva)는 과테말라 산타로사 주 비야누에바를 연고로 하는 축구 클럽이다. 현재는 과테말라의 2부 리그인 프리메라 디비시온에 참여하고 있다.
비야 누에바는 1957년에 창단되었으며, 1976년에 프리메라 디비시온으로 승격되었다. 1981년에는 클럽 역사상 최초이자 유일하게 1부 리그 우승을 차지했다. 2001년에는 2부 리그로 강등되었고, 2003년에 다시 1부 리그로 승격했다. 그러나 2008년에 다시 2부 리그로 강등되었다.
비야 누에바는 과테말라 축구 국가대표팀 선수를 다수 배출했으며, 그중에는 호세 마리아 바르바, 카를로스 루이스, 알바로 루이스 등이 있다.

FC Villa Nueva is a Guatemalan football club based in Villa Nueva, Santa Rosa. They currently play in the Primera División, the second tier of Guatemalan football.
Villa Nueva was founded in 1957 and promoted to the Primera División in 1976. In 1981, they won their first and only top-flight title. They were relegated to the second tier in 2001, but were promoted back to the top flight in 2003. However, they were relegated again in 2008.
Villa Nueva have produced a number of players who have represented the Guatemala national football team, including José María Barrita, Carlos Ruiz and Álvaro Ruiz.
The club's home stadium is the Estadio de Villa Nueva, which has a capacity of 3,000.
