Chachoengsao Hi-Tek Football Club (Thai: สโมสรฟุตบอลจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา), commonly referred to as "Padrew", is a Thai professional football club based in Chachoengsao Province. They have played in the Thai League 3 Northern region. The club's home stadium is Pimpayachan Stadium. The club founded in 1997 to play semi-professional football tournament in Thailand until 2007, they can promote to play in Thailand professional football league. The club's nickname is "The Fighting Fish" (Thai: Pla Kud Nak Su), the most popular fish in the province. The club is currently playing in the Thai League 3 Eastern region.
History
At first, when Chachoengsao FC was still an amateur club (club first name is Look Luang Phor Sothon FC), they used to complete in the Yamaha Thailand Cup. In 1997, they managed to pass the eastern group stage and were promoted to the regional level (division 2). Chachoengsao FC would join Thai Division 1 League in 2007. But they couldn't compete at this level, and were immediately relegated to Division 2, after just one season. Since then, Chachoengsao FC has good performance in second division, and nearly to qualify for the play-offs in 2010–2011. In addition, in 2011 season, Akarawin Sawasdee, the striker No.16 got the top goal scores and best striker awards in 2011 Thai Division 2 League Central & Eastern Region. In 2012 season, the Thailand Tobacco Monopoly support team for main sponsor.
In 2022, Chachoengsao Hi-Tek competed in the Thai League 3 for the 2022–23 season. It is their 18th season in the professional league. The club started the season with a 2–1 home win over Fleet and they ended the season with a 0–1 away defeat to Fleet. The club has finished 4th place in the league of the Eastern region. In addition, in the 2022–23 Thai League Cup Chachoengsao Hi-Tek was defeated 2–3 by Nakhon Pathom United in the qualification play-off round, causing them to be eliminated.
차층사오 FC는 1999년에 창단되었으며, 2006년에 처음으로 타이 리그 2에 승격되었다. 이후 2011년에 타이 리그 1으로 승격되었지만, 1시즌 만에 다시 타이 리그 2로 강등되었다. 2014년에 다시 타이 리그 1로 승격되었지만, 또다시 1시즌 만에 타이 리그 2로 강등되었다. 2016년에 타이 리그 3으로 강등되었고, 현재까지 타이 리그 3에 머물고 있다.
차층사오 FC의 홈 구장은 차층사오 스타디움이다. 차층사오 스타디움은 1978년에 개장했으며, 수용 인원은 5,000명이다.
차층사오 FC의 역대 감독으로는 쁘라킷 디쁘다, 차나폰 솜파오디, 프래콘 쁘라슉수완, 쁘라솟 쁘라쑤신 등이 있다.
차층사오 FC의 주요 선수로는 쁘라띠얘 삔프리차, 쁘라닛 누따파이루크, 뜨리쁘쑈 쁘칫때오, 쁘라롯 쁘라슉수완 등이 있다.
차층사오 FC는 태국의 전통적인 강호팀은 아니지만, 최근 몇 년 동안 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 2016년에 타이 리그 3으로 강등되었지만, 2017년에 타이 리그 2로 다시 승격되었다. 차층사오 FC는 2018년 타이 리그 2에서 우승하여 타이 리그 1으로 승격되었다.
