Mbon Women is a Cameroon women's volleyball team based in Kribi. The club was created in 2014 and currently represents its township in Cameroon's National Super Division, which it joined in 2017 as a Division A club by overwhelming the finale of the Mbon's Divisional Championship against its neighboring Essentiel du Sud. The women of the team are known as the Tonnerre Filles (The thunderous girls) due to their fighting spirit in the field. They play most of their home matches at the Kribi Municipal Stadium, but the matches requiring a more advanced system of monitoring are transferred to the Mbon Stadium.

The team have quickly become known for its very strong and ambitious volleyball section. As early as 2015, the Mbon Women volleyball team was the first to represent its township, Kribi, for the very first time in history. The club became the city's first volleyball representative to join the Cameroonian high-level championship, the volleyball section of Mbon made it to the highest rank in Cameroon's women volleyball. Since then, the Mbon Women have made a name for themselves in the world of volleyball in Cameroon and are now considered among Cameroon's finest. The team, which has won three times the Cameroon National Cup of volleyball, also holds the record of winning the Super Division A Championship three times with 100% victories, a first in the Cameroonian Super Division.

The team's main goal is to have a qualified volleyball section in the city of Kribi. Mbon Women's ambition is not only to become an essential in the Cameroonian National Championship but also to represent Cameroon in the Women's Club World Championship, a prestigious international women's volleyball competition.
