The Central Arkansas Sugar Bears basketball team is the women's basketball team that represents the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) in Conway, Arkansas. The Sugar Bears compete in the ASUN Conference. They completed a 15-season tenure in the Southland Conference in 2020–21. The Sugar Bears are coached by Tony Kemper.

센트럴 아칸소 베어스 농구팀(Central Arkansas Bears basketball)은 미국 아칸소 주 컨웨이에 위치한 센트럴 아칸소 대학교를 연고지로 하는 농구팀이다. 1921년에 창단되었으며, 현재 전국 대학 농구 협회(NCAA) 1부 디비전 써우랜드 콘퍼런스 소속이다.

센트럴 아칸소 베어스 농구팀은 아칸소주에서 가장 성공적인 농구팀 중 하나이다. NCAA 토너먼트에 11번 출전했으며, 3번의 NCAA 토너먼트 1라운드에서 승리했다. 또한, 써우랜드 콘퍼런스 정규시즌 우승을 8번, 써우랜드 콘퍼런스 토너먼트 우승을 6번 달성했다.

센트럴 아칸소 베어스 농구팀의 홈 경기장은 컨웨이에 위치한 어센저 아레나이다. 어센저 아레나는 6,000명을 수용할 수 있으며, 1993년에 개장했다.

센트럴 아칸소 베어스 농구팀의 현재 감독은 래리 코브(Larry Cory)이다. 코브 감독은 2002년부터 센트럴 아칸소 베어스 농구팀을 지휘하고 있으며, 3번의 써우랜드 콘퍼런스 정규시즌 우승과 2번의 써우랜드 콘퍼런스 토너먼트 우승을 달성했다.

센트럴 아칸소 베어스 농구팀은 전국 대학 농구 협회(NCAA) 1부 디비전에서 활약하고 있는 중견 팀으로, 팀의 스타 플레이어인 앤서니 스미스(Anthony Smith)는 2021년 NBA 드래프트에서 2순위로 워싱턴 위저즈에 지명되었다.
